I started seeing Julie a couple years ago prior to a big race I had coming up. The issues were in my lower back to the point where it was hurting to be on my bike for more than a few miles. After seeing Julie a couple times prior to the race( Assault on Mt. Mitchell a 65 mile mountain bike race) and having her work on me and showing me stretches to help in the strengthening and conditioning of my lower back and hamstrings, I was ready to go. I did the race and completed it. It was awesome.

I currently see Julie on a regular basis and she is a tremendous help. I just completed my first ever 1/2 Ironman and it went amazingly well. This could not have been done without Julie's help. I put my body thru a lot and she has to undo it all. Her knowledge and skill level are amazing, she is a true professional.
